Costante Tarolli of Walden, a retired Carpenter and longtime resident of the area, died Tuesday, May 29, 2007, in Montgomery. He was 97.

The son of Giovanni Tarolli and Silvia Baroni, he was born January 24, 1910, in Reed, Pa.

He was a member of Most Precious Blood Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II.

He was the widower of Caroline Betta Tarolli.

Survivors include his daughter, Diane Chung and her husband, Robert of Montgomery; son, Edward Tarolli of San Diego, Calif.; grandson, Christopher Chung of Austin, Texas; two granddaughters, Emily and Julia Chung of Montgomery.

He was predeceased by two brothers, Endi and Mario Tarolli, and two sisters, Maria Tamanini and Regina Bleggi.

Visitation will be Friday, June 1, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, N.Y.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 2, at Most Precious Blood Church, Walnut St., Walden, N.Y. at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Montgomery.

In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to: Parkinson's Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY 10018 in Cosante's memory.
