Jacqueline Kay Greathouse of Middletown, N.Y. and formerly of Livermore, Ky., a homemaker and former teacher, as well as an area resident for the past 18 years, entered into rest on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 after a long battle with cancer. She was 67 years old.

The daughter of the late Clarence and Vivian West Eastwood, she was born December 26, 1939 in Evansville, Ind.

Jackie served as Deacon at Denton Presbyterian Church in New Hampton; she volunteered for Pennies For Provisions, the 4-H Club, Vacation Bible School and the Middletown Alliance Church.

Jackie is survived by seven children: son, Samuel Durham and his wife, Susan of Vernon, Ala., son, John "Tony" Webb and his wife, Debbie, of Henderson, Ky., daughter, Andrea "Kaye" Romano and her husband, Anthony, of Graham, Ky., son Jeffrey Webb and his wife, Tina, of Buford, Ga., daughter, Greta Santos and husband, Jay of Pulaski, Tenn., daughter, Christine Webb and fianc e, A.J. Kostomaj of Matamoras, Pa., daughter, Rebecca Ragland and husband, Elton of Campbell Hall, N.Y.; 20 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Jane Nantz and her husband, Wendell, of Calhoun, Ky.; sister-in-law, Marge Eastwood of Sullivan, Ind.; three nieces, one nephew, cousins and many wonderful friends. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Andrew Durham, father, Clarence Eastwood, mother, Vivian West and her brother, LaVerne "PeeWee" Eastwood.

Graveside Services will be held on Monday, June — at 10:00 a.m. at Hamptonburgh Cemetery, in Campbell Hall, N.Y. Reverend William Wildeman will officiate.
