HURLEYVILLE Fallsburg police arrested three minors and an adult on Sunday in connection with the burglary of a Hurleyville restaurant.
The juveniles, ages 16, 15 and 13, allegedly broke into a restaurant Friday night through a side window and stole about 10 bottles of liquor, worth approximately $150, police said.
The three Hurleyville teens were charged with burglary, a felony, as well as criminal mischief and petty larceny, both misdemeanors.
Police later arrested Hurleyville resident Troy Wall, 20, who reportedly had the stolen liquor in his possession. Wall was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor.
The 16-year-old was released on $5,000 bail, but Wall was released on recognizance.
Both are to return to Fallsburg Town Court on Jan. 30.
The younger teens are to appear in Sullivan County Family Court.
