NEW YORK (AP) -- Limited commuter train and subway service is in effect for the New York metropolitan area while snow cleanup continues.

The Long Island Rail Road has restored limited service from Penn Station on the Port Washington, Babylon, Huntington and Ronkonkoma branches.

Metro-North is operating on a Saturday schedule on its Harlem, Hudson and New Haven lines.

On the subways, full F service has been restored and the G is expected to be back Tuesday morning. Passengers should expect delays on the J and Z and on lines that are elevated.

Bus service is still severely curtailed while streets continue to be cleared of snow.

Limited service is available on the Staten Island Railway between St. George and Tottenville.
