There were several judicial races on the primary ballot for which results were incomplete or not available Tuesday night.
According to unofficial results, in a Green Party primary for Orange County Court judge, incumbent judge Robert Freehill received 29 votes to 13 for Steven Brockett, who is currently a Middletown City Court judge. One write-in vote was cast.
In a pair of primaries for Cornwall Town Justice, challenger Michael O’Connor received 17 votes to 13 for incumbent town justice Lynn Beesecker in the Conservative Primary. Two write-in votes were cast in that race. In the Independence Party primary, Beesecker led O’Connor, 30 votes to 27, according to unofficial results.
There were only minor changes to the numbers available Tuesday night in the race for Ulster County Surrogate Court Judge. Sara McGinty has 2,129 votes and Sharon Graff has 1,856 votes, according to unofficial results. There were 11 write-in votes cast.
