KINGSTON – A man wanted by the New York City Police Department was arrested by Kingston police on Tuesday.

Kingston police reported they received information on Tuesday that the NYPD’s Fugitive Enforcement Division had a warrant for Maurice Marbles, no age available, of Clinton Avenue. Marbles was wanted for first-degree criminal contempt, a felony.

Uniformed patrol officers located Marbles on Clinton Avenue and took him into custody without incident.

He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and turned over to the NYPD.
