The Orange County Partnership, a Goshen nonprofit that promotes economic development in the county, has hired Lindsay Newler as its new director of business attraction and Kaitlynn Perez as its economic development specialist.

Newler spent the last four years as a marketing project manager at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Rand Realty in Rockland County. She has extensive experience in social media, creating marketing plans and managing projects. Newler has won both national and global marketing awards and organized and raised thousands of dollars for nonprofits.

Perez is a lifelong Orange County resident, with considerable experience in customer service, human resources and administrative work. She spent the last three years as a relationship manager for AJW Architectural Products, where she specialized in managing accounts, goal-setting and team building.
