Montgomery: Sept. 11, Orange County Patriot Day Ceremony, 6 p.m., Orange County Arboretum, Thomas Bull Memorial Park, Route 416, Montgomery. Keynote speaker will be New York City Fire Department Deputy Chief Jay Jonas. Families, survivors of Sept. 11, local military personnel and veterans are invited to participate by joining the procession, assemble at the Arboretum’s Ottaway Education Center at 5:30 p.m. Procession begins at 5:55 p.m. 291-3255.
