“Great question!” Virtually every “expert” being interviewed by the media these days responds to a question with “great question” or “that’s a great question”?


Seems that they all must have attended the exact same public speaking course. That technique has been taught for decades as a means to delay the answer and give a bit of time to think about how to respond. But lately it is getting so overused it is downright annoying.


Not every question is great. Lots of questions are just plain stupid.
